This is an administrative position responsible for the management of residential real estate. Work involves managing the operations of an assigned community and performing related duties. A Property Manager responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, Tax Credits requirements, and Housing Authority policies. Work is performed with considerable independence under the direction of the Asset Management Officer.
Experience in real estate, property management or management of facilities involving public contact and bookkeeping is preferred. Computer proficiency in MS Office software. Able to operate internet applications, email, and proprietary software.
