TPPM, a Florida residential property management firm which provides rental management services and facilitates maintenance of rental properties is currently recruiting for a full-time Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties located in New Tampa.
As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing 200+ individual rental units in the New Tampa area.
The Manager’s scopes of duties include the following:
– Responsibility over rental of complex units with clear occupancy targets
– Advertising, tracking and showing of rental units
– Communication with tenants with emphasis on timely maintenance of properties, handling of tenant requests, and distribution of notices
– Oversight of onsite handymen and maintenance staff
– Processing of prospective tenant applications, including credit and background checks
– Handling of deposits, collection of rental fees, and maintenance of lease documentation
– Facilitation of move-in and out procedures for tenants
