Property Manager needed for single family residential property management company serving the Tampa Bay area.

Daily Management Responsibilities Include:

  • Tenant, owner and vendor relations
  • Preparing leases
  • Facilitate process for move-ins and move-outs; including deposit depositions
  • Rent collection; including 3-day notices and evictions
  • Marketing and CMA’s for turns, vacant properties and renewals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years residential Property Management experience required
  • Knowledge and compliance with federal, state and local fair housing guidelines
  • Ability to multi-task, make effective decisions and identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to maximize revenue and minimize expenses both for the clients and for the company
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly organized and have time management skills
  • Must be able to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to cross-train with marketing/scheduling coordinator; includes MLS listings and showings schedule
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and car insurance required
  • Propertyware software experience is a HUGE plus!

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm AND option to pick up 1 Saturday/month

Emergency Maintenance/On-Call Rotation ~ 1 week per month

Salary is $40,000/year plus bonuses
