Full Job Description
Licensed residential appraiser in good standing – preference is 3 years licensed with a clean track record. Starts as a contract per job position , and can transition into a salary & then partnership level for the right candidate without extended dues paying. Owner with 15+ years of experience , ready to delegate my extensive book of business to a few hard working, honest & competent appraisal associates – willing to train and help you refine your skill set. We utilize a team of typists to let you analyze & appraise more and do fewer less desirable tasks- keeping turn times down and productivity up. Some evenings , some weekend availability would be expected. Compensation would mirror experience and qualifications.
