Growing national Real Estate Investment company is seeking a skilled and professional Service Manager who can set the bar for delivering customer service satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a service team to ensure deliverables and company goals are met in a timely fashion. You will also be responsible for cost control and adhering to budget limits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in service/maintenance, ideally in commercial or residential housing and/or in construction/home building.
- Experience leading and developing a team to ensure company best practices and standards are met and/or exceeded. Prior Management experience required.
- Ability to interpret cost estimates, adhere to budgets and manage multiple vendors.
- Must be flexible in work schedule to accommodate weekends and/or evenings if necessary.
- Adaptable and able to deliver excellent service in a fast paced, developing environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Active Driver’s License required with valid insurance.
