Duties:
Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to internal/external customers. Serves as subject matter expert, operates with urgency and meets deadlines. Must be able to multi-task, combining the ability to resolve complex issues and coach representatives; handle challenging customers; readily shift priorities and lead call center initiatives.
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; 2 years leading customer service team; experience in claims/call center environment.
