We are seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent to join our growing team! You will be responsible for management and supervision of restoration projects in the Tampa Bay area. These projects are residential, usually damaged by water, fire, wind, and/or mold. Project managers are assigned their own territory. Compensation is salary plus quarterly commission. Top performing PM’s earn in the $120-150K range.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit subcontractor bids
- Prepare job budgets and buy-out subcontracts & materials
- Direct and monitor the work of employee and subcontract labor
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Oversee all aspects of the project from estimate to collecting final payment
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, and/or RESTORATION!
- Strong project management and superintendent skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Creative problem solver
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English language
- Ability to patiently react to rapidly changing circumstances, most of our jobs come in the form of an emergency call
- Computer skills ( Xactimate software a plus)
- Valid D/L, clean criminal record, able to pass drug test
