Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work closely with customers, technical leads, and program staff to meet the staffing and performance needs of contracts and projects. Your key responsibilites will consist of:

  • Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
  • Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
  • Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

You’ll manage and report on key aspects such as schedule, cost, scope, and quality, while supporting quality assurance, risk monitoring, and operational responsiveness.

This position requires strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring program timelines and performance measures are met. Knowledge of the disaster restoration or construction industry is necessary, and the role demands flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Travel is also required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Disaster Recovery, Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Prefer IICRC Certifications: ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician, FSRT – Fire and smoke Restoration Technician, OCT – Odor Control Technician, and WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician.
  • Prefer Xactimate experience
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and software programs.
  • Solid skills in the areas of math, budgeting, and financial analysis, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
