JOB SUMMARY:
Uown Leasing, a 777 Partners entity, is looking for a Retail Leasing Specialist to support the sales and office staff in the explanation, application, and completion of lease to own transactions. The ideal candidate will interface with store salespeople when a customer needs information on Lease To Own financing or is ready to complete an application.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explain Lease To Own program to customer
- Take applications from customer
- Review lease contract and work with customer to sign documents
- Explain Protection Plus program
- Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
- Bi-lingual professional proficiency: English/Spanish
- Basic computer understanding (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
