Description/Job Summary

Retail Mobility sales and market share growth for Standard Power, Lift Chairs, Scooters and Lifts & Ramps through relationship building, product education, business strategy development, and support for Pride Mobility Providers within an assigned geographical area and account base

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Achieve Retail Mobility revenue goals and sales quotas including Standard Power, Lift Chair, Scooters, and Lifts & Ramps
    •Relationship management which includes business meetings, product education, and demo facilitation for Pride Providers
    •Establish strategic action plans for assigned geographical area to ensure Pride Mobility products hold the majority market share
    •Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed sales goals expectations
    •Identify Unrealized Sales Opportunities (USO’s) for all business lines within assigned account base and referral sources
    •Strategic travel/call rotation to build and maintain relationships with Pride Providers on a consistent basis
    •Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
    •Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
    •Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
    •Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Required Skills

  • Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

    Must have the ability to:
    •Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
    •Demonstrate and troubleshoot product, and build strong relationships with Pride Providers
    • Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs
    •Travel overnight, drive extensively, and fulfill after-hours requirements, as necessary

    Must have:
    •Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
    •Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    •Excellent web navigation skills
    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •Excellent presentation, public speaking and training skills

required Experience

  • At least 2 years of business-to-business DME/HME field sales or industry experience

Preferred Experience

  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation

Required Education

  • Associate’s Degree OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of DME/HME sales or industry experience

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
