Not-for-profit, The Estates at Hawthorne Village of Brandon, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced senior sales and marketing professional for the Estates Manager position. Primary responsibility for this position is marketing and prospecting to increase occupancy. Will also be responsible for overseeing tenant management, Must be self motivated and focused. This position has the support of tenured Concierge Team, who are eager to be coached and be successful. They work well with each other and know the tenants.
Perfect candidate must have sales and marketing experience in independent living and senior services, have excellent prospecting skills—both written and telephonic. Must have experience in developing creative and successful marketing initiatives, including prospect events. This position is also responsible for working with other departments to ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of the residences, and supervise the concierge team. An experienced social services professional may excel in this position, and we are willing to explore this option. The appropriate candidate must possess management experience, as well as have a proven track record in occupancy development, while maintaining the daily operations of a senior housing setting. Must interact daily with tenants and various departments. Experience in event planning is required.
Candidate must have experience managing a small team of employees (low maintenance and well trained team in place). Must be proficient in computer usage, including Publisher.
