JOB SUMMARY: This position is in General Tax Administration, Tampa Service Center, Field Operations – Audit. This position provides clerical assistance and support to audit managers in the service center. The incumbent assist in tracking case files, processing payments, preparing or editing correspondence and other tasks associated with processing files. The incumbent performs administrative tasks which includes travel vouchers, reconciliation of travel card transactions, compiling hiring and promotional packages, assisting with monthly meeting preparation and compiling documentation as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or its equivalency. One year of administrative, secretarial staff assistant or office clerical work experience. Experience working with Microsoft Word or equivalent word processing application. Experience working with Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet application.
