Job Description
The Supplier Risk Analyst will be responsible for analyzing key supplier relationships and exposures in order to create risk-based reporting for internal stakeholders and senior management. Core responsibilities also include follow-up with lines of business to ensure compliance to existing policy requirements. The reporting will be based on a wide range of supplier due diligence, including exit strategies, continuity of business assessments, information security assessments, financial risk evaluations, operational loss information, spend analysis, and stakeholder interviews. The Supplier Risk Analyst will also support new initiatives driven by heightened regulatory guidance or internal policies, such as pre-deal planning and risk assessments for potential supplier relationships. He / she will track all upcoming supplier risk management audits and regulatory exams, create project plans in preparation for those reviews, liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate task completion, and coordinate audit and exam deliverables.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
Two+ years of experience in risk management in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls. Broad knowledge of other risk areas, with strong understanding of supplier or third-party risk impact in a financial services company preferred.
Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degrees a plus.
Excellent English-language business writing skills. Proficiency in additional languages preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making with limited supervision.
Effective analytical skills.
Capability to define, build, and manage strong partnerships across technology and business organizations in a constantly evolving environment.
Customer orientation, resourcefulness and enthusiasm.
Strong Project Management Skills

Demonstrated success in contributing within a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint (Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred).
Educational Level: Bachelor s Degree.
