Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Rock Star Property manager for our 800+ unit Property in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
5+ Years of experience in Property Management
Leasing Experience
Experienced in Word, Excel, and Entrata
Must be well organized, personable, and responsible
Strong Customer Service Skills
Goal-oriented with strong leadership skills
Strong Budget Management Control
Vendor Relation Management Experience
Must be able to multi-task and be proactive
Knowledgeable in Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Laws
Duties will include but not limited to:
Meeting company goals
Manage the property, staff, and ensure high performance
Work with maintenance to ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure vacated units are inspected pre and post punch to certify it is completed in a timely manner and will meet the standards of our new residents
Practice expense control and adhere to the budget
Maximize Income and ensure rents are successfully collected
Assure notices are sent at the appropriate time and in accordance with Local and State regulations
