Description of role:

Managing daily operations

Tasks:

Take reservations and renew existing leases

Tenant screening

Rent collection

Assist with marketing efforts

Bank deposits

Enforce community rules

Coordinate outside contractors.

Skills and requirements:

RV resort or property management experience preferred

Great interpersonal skills

Proficient in computer skills

Work schedule:

Full-time, some evenings and weekends required
