$30,000 – $40,000 a year Plus housing and utilities
We are currently seeking a qualified RV Resort Manager for one of our RV Parks Sunny Florida. The successful candidate will maintain property operations by attracting and serving guests. Must be a dependable self-starter and be organized. Be able and confident to run a 300+ RV Resort, be a team player with good communications with our Guests, Employees and Corporate office. Have experience working with Activity Directors and outside vendors.
JOB DUTIES
Respond to guest inquiries
Serves as the direct point of contact for Wilder Resorts customers/guests
Works with the Divisional Managers to increase reservations and occupancy and further promote the rvreorts.com brand
Ensures customers/residents receive a high level of service consistent with Wilder LLC’s customer service philosophy
Handles and resolves guest complaints
Coordinates team member selection, training, and development for resort staff and ensures all team members comply with appropriate policies and operational procedures
Works with Divisional Managers to quickly and effectively address issues which would adversely affect the operation of the resort or guest satisfaction
Enforces resort rules and standards
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years property management/resort/hospitality experience preferred
Management experience in an RV or MHC setting helpful and preferred
General knowledge of property maintenance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Basic computer proficiency, including email, the internet and Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Campground Master, preferred
Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours
Ability to live on-site within the resort (housing provided)
A current driver’s license
