Job Description
Ryan Companies has an opportunity available for a Real Estate Manager based in Orlando, FL who will oversee a portfolio of retail properties in multiple states.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed professional with 5+ years of office and portfolio real estate management experience. The candidate must possess a positive attitude and have well-developed organizational and communication skills and thrive in a high energy environment. Specific duties will include leading the disposition process for assets being sold, creating and maintaining asset values for long term holds, aligning with the ownership objectives, supervision of vendors and tenants, developing financial budgeting and maintaining expense controls, financial reporting, risk management, and all other operational aspects of the properties, with the highest standards of professional ethics. Experience with industrial and retail leases, CAM pools, A solid foundation in financial and variance reporting is critical.
Preference for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Real Estate, and working on or have one or more professional designations (CCIM, CPM, RPA, etc.) and be experienced in budgeting and operating cost supervision. Candidates must be willing and able to travel.
