We are looking for a Real Estate Agent (W2) in Tampa to serve as an agent in Florida for Owners.com.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Manage a steady stream of prospective clients via phone and the Owners.com app
- Provide expert advice for Owners.com clients regarding local housing markets
- Conduct pre-scheduled home showings & client follow up utilizing the Owners.com technology and methodology
- Assist clients in the buying and selling process, including but not limited to: writing offers, negotiating contracts, contract to close activities and successful closings
- Ensure exceptional client experience from beginning to end
- Hours may vary and can include evenings and weekends
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
You have…
- Real estate license and experience in the field
- Experience working in high volume, fast paced environment
- Experience working with the latest technology applications
- Ability to determine client needs and preferences
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google suites
- Familiarity with metro Atlanta real estate market trends and statistics
