Description Clarity Services is seeking a Sales Account Manager for data driven fraud and credit risk solutions. Candidates should have significant experience presenting and selling to decision makers. Successful candidates will understand data driven solution products and be well versed in executing client contact campaigns effectively utilizing technology and tools (including Excel Pivot tables) to enhance client loyalty. Sales Account Managers at Clarity proactively uncover opportunities and earn the role of trusted advisor to our clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Clarity Services’ analytic solutions and matching these solutions to client needs and critical industry challenges.

Knowledge of analytics and various data study approaches and fraud management and credit application underwriting processes are highly desirable. Essential Functions: • Promote client satisfaction and revenue by identifying and supporting sales activities with existing Clarity business clients. • Drive growth through cross-sell of new products, launch of new portfolios and competitor displacement. • As the primary client contact for defined accounts, the Account Manager provides advice about products and services to customers and initiates client contact campaigns utilizing technology and tools (including Excel Pivot tables) to enhance client loyalty.

  • Responsible for thoroughly understanding business challenges facing the clients in your territory. Generate revenue growth for Clarity Services’ product solutions with existing accounts. • Close new revenue opportunities and meet revenue expectations. • Be responsible for providing accurate forecasting and financial information as required.
  • Achieve client service activity metrics that support attainment of Client Satisfaction goals. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant account executive experience, or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience. Background in credit or information industry, with experience selling analytic solutions strongly preferred • General understanding of analytics and various data study approaches – Knowledge of fraud management and credit application underwriting processes; Non-prime Financial Services industry experience is preferred. • Experience in managing senior level relationships extending to the C-level.

Excellent written and oral communication skills; articulate and persuasive presence and speaking experience required • Experience developing channel partners and cross-selling opportunities • Exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to set and manage multiple priorities/projects. • Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Solid technical skills with ability to learn, understand, and train the customer on Clarity system operations. • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with limited supervision.
