⇝⇝Supports the sales team by giving administrative support, greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls to the sales office and handle complaints that come to the office. This position performs clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones. Responsible for the maintenance of filing systems. Responsible for answering questions and concerns by resolving the issue or referring to the appropriate manager. Assists managers in scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for business trips as required. Maintain a professional attitude and working environment. ⇝⇝The ideal candidate for this position must: •Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. •Possess basic computational ability. •Possess computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. •Be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day. Walking and standing are occasionally required. Length of time of theses tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. •Be a self-starter & motivated team player. •Posses excellent customer service practices. •Adhere to departmental and property standards and procedures. •Work efficiently and effectively as member of a team; communicates and cooperates with property staff. •Hospitality experience and extensive Administration background preferred. |
