| Bay to Gulf Holdings, LLC is looking for bright, motivated recent graduates with their four-year degree from an accredited college or university to start on our team as a real estate investment sales agent. This position is an entry-level sales position in the investment real estate business and will be solely commission-based.
The sales agent will market and sell a large inventory of retail and investment homes across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk Counties to homeowners and investors. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and must have an entrepreneurial spirit that drives them to hit goals and make sales. Required Skills: This position requires excellent organization and communication skills. Experience: Experience in sales, especially that of real estate is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and willing to learn. A Florida real estate license is required, however, Bay to Gulf Holdings LLC is willing to assist the right candidate with obtaining their real estate license. Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited school or work equivalent. Real estate license will be required but is NOT required to start. Job Type: Contract |
