Sales Lead Generator
Tampa, FL.

Currently we are seeking a Sales Lead Generator in the Norman, OK area to become part of our team. This team member will be responsible for generating sales leads, advertising, resident relations and office duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Contact current rental residents to introduce and develop interest in our “Say YES! to
Homeownership” program
- Coordinate with Community Manager to hold rental conversion parties and drive traffic toward events
- Refine and implement improvements to the prospect tracking system
- Foster and expand the already successful sales program
- Pioneer new methods of attracting future homeowners
- Embrace the extreme growth potential of this newly created position with this relatively new program!
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience helpful, not required
- Familiarity with Mortgage Financing helpful, not required
- Excellent interpersonal communications and relationship building skills
- Energetic, results oriented team player with a YES! attitude
- Full time, flexible hours. May need to work evenings and some Saturdays
- Ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish a big plus
- Self-motivated individual looking to join a rapidly growing sales force and maximize personal income
