Full Job Description
We are seeking a high energy, customer focused person to join our team. Do you think outside of the box and/or like to create and maintain excellent relationships with potential and current residents? This position may be right for you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to move-ins, Lease renewals, generating and handling traffic, Leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in procedures, providing high quality resident service, communicating with residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff.
We are seeking professionals who are highly motivated team players with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must posses strong customer service, organizational and technical skills. Qualifications:
One year experience in sales, hospitality or customer service
Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays are required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of OneSite preferred
Meet or exceed sales goals
Flexibility to learn new things
