Grand Villa of Lakeland, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care Community is in search of a dynamic and outgoing Sales & Leasing professional to generate sales inside the community and promote the property outside the community.

This person should have an extensive track-record of sales success in the Senior Assisted Living space and:

  • Is primarily responsible for building and sustaining census
  • Maintains a pristine database
  • Has the ability to counsel and guide prospects and families through the sales process
  • Aggressively, but appropriately, follows up on all opportunities, and
  • Confidently closes the sale

The ideal candidate also maintains an impressive list of professional referral relationships within the greater Lakeland area to further augment the significant leads and opportunities generated by the company.

Offering an exceptional base salary of Between $55k and $65k + an attractive bonus structure, we also provide extensive training associated with a proven sales process specific to the Senior Living industry, including:

  • (1) Inquiry
  • (2) Discovery
  • (3) Dynamic follow-up
  • (4) Tour planning
  • (5) Assumptive closing techniques

In addition, specific focus will be given to the mastery of our internal CRM to properly maintain a data base of leads and opportunities to build and sustain a Assisted Living community’s resident census.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the Assisted Senior Living space is required.
