Responsibilities:
- Answer all calls/emails from prospective New Home buyers and Club Membership prospects
- Logging all prospect activity in Salesforce
- Be one of the first points-of-contact walk-in visits to our Welcome Center & inquiries through our website
- Responsible for making outbound marketing communications on the phone or by email
- Foster positive relationships with residents, client prospects, club members and vendors
- Perform day-to-day duties that involve assisting our real estate agents and other on-site sales personnel
- Develop automated, database-driven email marketing & social media program
- Communicate & manage relationship with Property Owner Association and Black Diamond Club Membership
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as sales oriented people skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Technically savvy with and proficient in all Microsoft Office products and numerous online data base management tools including Sales Force P360
- Must have social media platform expertise and experienced in its marketing uses
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for on-site property tours
- Experience using an email marketing platform such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
- Proficient understanding of the club membership and real estate sales industry
- Desire to obtain Florida Realtor’s license
- Previous exposure to and use of MLS
Prior Club Membership Sales and Real Estate experience is mandatory
