We are seeking a Community Sales Associate to be responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the community. This position will be instrumental in driving asset performance through systematic and integrated marketing communications for the property. The employee is expected to develop an advanced knowledge of the industry and the ability to employ creative and analytical methods to drive occupancy. The position requires flexibility to understand property-specific idiosyncrasies as well as to facilitate and manage the marketing process by coordinating with field and sales personnel.
