Looking for exceptional candidates for a SALES COUNSELOR positon with an Independent Living & Assisted Living Retirement Community in the Cape Coral, FL area. This position will sell/represent Assisted Living and Memory Care products. New Assisted Living units opening soon!
Scope and Requirements:
1. Interact with all leads provided through advertising, public relations, referral, or personal contact and turn those leads into residents of the community through the use of professional selling skills.
2. Keep current records of all leads and prospects as required by the Community and meet predetermined monthly sales goals.
3. Candidates must have at least 1 years of successful selling experience in senior living setting – prefer AL and Memory Care products
