We are looking for extremely talented sales oriented person with proved experience not only in sales but most important in Real Estate industry.The Sales Manager doesn’t have to sell staging services to Real Estate agents but instead to create alliances and introduce them our new services. We run a test for several months and our new services are extremely well received. We need the right person with right sales mentality, experience, and attitude that will bring this new service to be well known and sought after each agent in Hillsborough County. Ideally, would be somebody that had a business relationship with several Real Estate agents in Tampa area. This relationship will allow the candidate to take off the ground immediately and receive not only a salary but be part of our profit sharing program sooner. Skills : * Computer proficient * Understanding marketing strategy and tools * Familiar and active with Social Media * Be able to work and perform under pressure * Goal Oriented. * Entrepreneurial Spirit * Several sales techniques should be well known Which task we expect our Sales Manager to perform: * Send proposals and close the sales * Meet with customers and close the sales * Research and build relationships with new clients. * Present the new services to existing and new customers * Create alliances with other companies in Real Estate Industry * Summit weekly reports * Forecast Sales target and met them * Attend to Real Estate Offices team meetings, networking and create new alliances * Track and record sales activity * Active in Social Media * Create Promo emails for the data base.
