LunsPro Inspections provides home inspection services for real estate transactions in the Tampa Bay area. We are family-owned and one of the larger inspection firms in Florida.
We are seeking a full-time Growth Team Representative who will target top-producing Tampa Bay real estate agents using proven sales and marketing techniques. The goal is to convince these agents to refer their clients to our company for inspections and win them over with our outstanding service.
Having a background as a realtor or in real estate is beneficial, but not required.

Successful Growth Sales Reps will:
- Have excellent phone and email skills
- Be capable of speaking in front of realtor groups in person and virtually via Zoom
- Sell the value of our services to real estate agents
- Be competent with technology, such as a smartphone
- Manage daily tasks and workload while meeting goals
- Be consistent and effective cold-calling agents, all with a smile
- Show high-level of organizational ability and self-motivation while working from home
This position will research, call, email, mail, Zoom and visit with real estate agents in order to secure and retain realtor partners who have or will refer their homebuyer clients to our company.
