Lakeshore Management Inc. is a National Mobile Home operator in 12 states that is seeking motivated, hardworking and career minded individuals to join our great team of professionals. We are seeking a Sales Processor who, under the direction of the Director of Sales, will be responsible for all aspects of processing applications for residency and home purchase paperwork within a defined territory or region. This position will be instrumental in driving occupancy performance through systematic and integrated communications for each individual property as well as the portfolio as a whole. The employee is expected to develop an advanced knowledge of the community approval and loan document process to drive occupancy in a more efficient manner so as to reduce the amount of days from application to residency status. The position requires a high level of collaboration with Team members and the ability to get along with others as well as urgency and organizational skills.

Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:

  • Working side by side with Community Managers and Sales Associates to ensure all occupancy goals are met and reports to Director of Operations.
  • Ensuring efficient communication between all parties to the transaction to reduce timeline to residency.
  • Communication with applicant through telephone calls and email to collect conditions needed to secure approval for both community and loan.
  • Documenting in Lead management as to timeline of the process so that management can quickly identify pending deals that will close during the month and identify challenges that can be addressed.
  • Process, as above, change of ownerships in the community where as one resident is selling to another resident and requires community approval for all occupants of the home.
  • Collect and “clean-up” any missing documentation after the closing so as to ensure proper funding of the deal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum requirement
  • Experience in real estate loan processing with hands on experience
  • Bi-lingual with excellent English and Spanish verbal and writing skills
  • Technical expertise in Outlook, Word and Excel as well as ability to navigate back office integrated software.
