Specific duties vary by branch and are determined by factors such as branch staffing, business mix, and account profiles. The major goal of the Administrative Assistant is to assume as many of the clerical and administrative tasks of as possible, allowing managers to focus on their core responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Create and complete reports.
    • Analyze data or information.
    • Complete special projects as assigned.
    • Assist with problem investigation and resolution.
    • Arrange, coordinate and set up meetings, including facilities, refreshments, and/or meals.
    • Assist the Branch Office Manager with tasks such as ordering and distributing supplies, mail distribution and other tasks.
    • Assist Customer Service personnel with data entry and phone calls.
    • Provide back-up for the receptionist.
    • Other duties as required.Job Skills Required:

Ability to write or produce reports, business correspondence, and related materials.  Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers, fellow agents, co-workers, managers, clients and the general public.
    • Math Ability:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. 
    • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ability to learn and effectively use move management software, timekeeping and other software applications used in the daily performance of job duties.
