Job Description
Seasonal Ticket Scanners are responsible for the scan of Florida State Fair tickets as guests enter the Fair admission gates. Ticket Scanners will be required to stand for several hours in varying weather conditions. Must have a flexible schedule (i.e. available for on-call, late nights, early mornings, weekends) and must be available from open to close of admission gates. Exceptional customer service is expected.
Uniform is mandatory. Ticket Scanners must adhere to the following uniform:
Closed toed black or white athletic shoes
Full-length black jeans or black slacks. Pants with holes, rips, and/or is frayed is unacceptable
Must be available to work Thursday, April 22, 2021 through Sunday, May 2, 2021.
Shifts and hours are varied. Must be available to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, on-call, late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays during the Fair.

Experience and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent/GED.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service.
Skills: Must have exceptional customer service skills.
