POSITION SUMMARY
Provide team members and guests with the highest standards of safety, security, and service. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain operating and quality standards throughout the property according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Patrol assigned areas, buildings and grounds, watches for unauthorized person or vehicle, fires, and unusual occurrences; and report emergencies
- Maintaining lost & found process
- Maintaining key control program and key control integrity
- Prepare reports on any unusual situation, accident, or unusual circumstances
- Diagnosis, repair, replace batteries, and reprogram electronic door locks
- Replace batteries and service open or decode open guest room safes
- Lead or escort guests, tours, vendors and other third parties to the right destination
- Open and close door, gates and rooms with limited access
- Report all company violation of SOP’s and unsafe work practices
- Act as on-property First Responder to include basic first aid and CPR
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and property items to maintain in-service suites and property
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and help desk ticket orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment, property, and facilities
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Comply with all safety regulations and standards and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules, Maintenance Standards Manual, Common Areas Manual, In-suite Standards, federal/state, local code
- Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: Two years of Safety and Security experience. One year experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and/or HVAC.
Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Certificates & Licenses: Adult and Child First Aid and CPR; Class ‘D’ License
Other Requirements: Be able to write good, understandable and detailed incident reports. Operation of essential equipment including power towels, hand tools, etc. Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business.
