We are seeking a Regional Property Manager to become a part of our growing team! The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Property Managers and on-site teams. Responsible for maintaining physical assets and performance of assigned properties. This position requires a proven track record of successful regional property management experience. Excellent communication and personnel management skills are required. Individual must have strong marketing and financial analysis skills. Travel required including use of personal vehicle.
Responsibilities: *Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and provides overall management to those supervised in accordance with company policies. *Collaborate and gather resources to improve and impact revenue, marketing strategies, leasing efforts, occupancy, and resident retention. *Analyzes market trends and competition to outperform the associated market(s) and maintain a top tier position. *Ability to proficiently use and teach team-members the use of available technology *Develop and manage a high-performing team by creating a trusting work environment, promoting cooperation, recognizing team efforts, coaching through challenges and supporting career path goals *Provide results that consistently exceed submarket occupancy and rent growth performance results *Resolves resident relation issues *Performs property inspections and evaluations *Recommends improvements to increase return on investment *Regularly reviews/audits property administrative, accounting and marketing *Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion *Review and approve expenditures within specified budgetary guidelines *Negotiates and evaluates contracts and makes recommendations *Supervises creation of annual operating and capital budgets. *Enforce property rules and regulations *Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures Qualifications: *Previous experience in property management as Regional Property Manager *Strong analytical skills *Strong “hands-on” financial/budget and marketing experience *Works well in group problem solving situations *Ability to multitask and prioritize *Complete projects on time and within budget *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel. |
