Senior Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Analyst:
- Financial Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of financial statements from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and explaining significant discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related
- CPA designation (+)
- Bilingual is a must (Spanish/English)
- 5-7 years of progressive experience
- Experience in financial consolidation and data analytics
- Strong technical background
