Full Job Description
Rapidly growing Insurance Recruitment Firm seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our fast-paced Recruitment Team. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating & scheduling interviews, providing administrative support to recruitment team, sourcing top talent for multiple clients, and ensuring that day to day operations run smoothly. The Senior Administrative Coordinator job duties to include: posting and maintaining open positions, sourcing qualified candidates, screening applicants, scheduling, conducting phone screenings and communicating with candidates regarding their application status. Will also be responsible for supporting the executive staff and helping to maintain ongoing communication with clients. Responsibilities:
- Support executive team and recruiters on various tasks within the organization
- Identify and source qualified candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, networking and job postings
- Communicate with clients in regards to interviews and ongoing changes with accounts.
- Create and maintain candidate files inside of ATS
- Coordinate and confirm interview schedules, send agenda/directions/application to candidate once interview is confirmed
- Collaborate with client leadership team to coordinate training schedules for new hires
- Document candidate interviews inside of ATS and give status reports to Managers and Supervisors
- Check candidate references, education and other credentialing
- Draft memos, emails, etc. in response to queries and requests for assistance
- Create and post job ads to job boards and social media
- Maintain strong relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients
- Perform on-boarding of new employees to ensure that all documents are completed and turned in to HR in time for Start Dates
- Excellent customer service and multitasking sills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Must be excellent at managing deadlines, keeping check on project status and strong inclination for an organized approach to managing workload
- Build excellent working relationships to attain goals
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
