Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Finance or Real Estate
5-7 years real estate industry experience
5 years financial analysis and/or research experience
Real Estate license required
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
Advanced proficiency in desktop publishing software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Expert project management skills
Exceptional organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and projects
Advanced knowledge of real estate, including local/regional geography and market dynamics
Ability to prepare final professional written/graphic/photographic marketing products for use by brokers
Ability to organize narrative, graphic, and photographic content into an integrated professional format with general direction from broker
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES – four to eight brief statements indicating what is done (action), how it is done (method or means) and
why (end result) List in order of importance
Manages coordination with website vendors to set up web-based libraries
Manages major projects to completion; ensures deadlines are met for various assignments
Works closely with clients’ marketing and management teams on:
Due diligence
Photography/graphics coordination
Reporting and publishing
Responding to client inquiries
Coordinating distribution to clients
Preparing exhibits for contracts
May be required to assist with closing transactions
Works closely with buyers on addressing information requests and conducting building tours
Creates marketing material such as draft market analysis reports, devising programs to attract large, new corporate clients, initiates and supports corporate marketing efforts
Manages event planning related to Senior Broker’s clients and prospective clients
Drafts Offering Memorandums (market analysis, location analysis, property description, tenant information, and executive summary)
Works with photographers, artists, printers to produce quality sales booklets, postcards and proposals
Assembles and organizes due diligence libraries including setting up file system, cataloging materials and collecting missing documents
Trains junior staff as directed by Lead Broker, Managing Broker or Market Leader
Financial analysis maybe required in locations where analysts are not available to underwrite real estate assets
