POSITION SUMMARY
The Area Sr. CAM helps manages the CAMs in a designated area; builds relationships with area developers for the purpose of retaining existing customer base and developing new business; and may manage a small portfolio of properties. This is an exempt position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the human, physical and financial resources for assigned areas to ensure maximum utilization, efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service
  • Advise COO on the formation, development and application of policy and strategic decisions relating to the areas of responsibility
  • Develop and embed a culture of customer focus and performance management to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Ensure area CAM staff work as a coordinated and motivated team to provide a high level of responsiveness to the needs of clients, guided by appropriate policies and procedures
  • Provide effective feedback on staff performance on a regular basis
  • Build relationship with area developers for the purpose of retaining and building new business in the area
  • Complete additional tasks as requested by the COO / CEO

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors in Business Development, Business Administration; and / or

Florida CAM License with 10 years progressive experience in the areas of Community Association Management and 5 years of experience as a people / staff manager

  • Ability to speak both English and Spanish a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Caliber / Strong Room Experience a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have background screen results that meet the criteria of Titan for the position
