Senior Executive Assistant
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

This job will be a hybrid of in office and remote. Will follow a 2 day in office/3 day remote schedule. MUST LIVE IN TAMPA. MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment. This opportunity involves a growing company that has experienced 600% growth and will be very demanding on your schedule but with significant upside and top pay. $65,000/year plus bonuses. MUST live in Tampa area. Will work alongside the founder who is a serial entrepreneur. Need someone that is looking for a challenge with great rewards. This challenge will be demanding but fulfilling as you help to bring companies off the ground. This is a critical role and expectations will be high. The role will need someone with Executive assistant experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay

Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
