A Healthcare Solutions Company in Tampa is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer.
Summary: Designs corporate and external collateral and assists Marketing Department in distribution via multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce creative designs in a variety of mediums that convey the company’s message and position with art direction from the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager.
- Provides creative direction and designs industry-facing print advertisements, sales collateral, informational pieces (newsletters, white papers, presentations) and signage.
- Works with web developer to designs multimedia projects including web pages, web ads, e-books, e-newsletters, videos, etc.
- Oversees and assists with setting up all promotional item imprint artwork and assures accuracy and integrity of the company’s brand on all substrates.
- Produces designs for tradeshow booths, signage and large displays.
- Assists with implementing marketing campaigns across various media channels such as print, direct mail, email marketing, and online advertising. Assists with tracking results and reports analytics to Marketing Manager.
- Maintains a high standard with regards to detail and accuracy of all printed and online collateral. Obtains and tracks proper approvals prior to publication and distribution.
- Maintains archive and record of all final design files on shared network as well as company-facing static versions on SharePoint site.
- Performs preflight and prepress processes on all print files; packages files and sends to print; reviews printer proofs and secures proper approvals on all projects.
- 10. Researches emerging trends, seeks out new design methods and shares knowledge; possesses a desire to learn and advance knowledge.
- Responsible for brand ownership and brand management. Manages our emerging brand including logo and logo-mark usage, color palette, templates, etc. Manages and maintains corporate brand identity across all departments as well as externally. Develops branded templates for company-wide use and maintains template library. Develops, maintains and updates corporate style guide. Updates SharePoint regularly with the latest tools and resources.
- Manages the print process including vendor selection, timelines, prepress, quoting and quality control. Archives all print quotes.
- Manages Marketing projects efficiently and maintains professional communication with various cross departmental stakeholders; notifies Marketing Manager of change requests, updates the SharePoint Project Management system regularly, and takes ownership of project from concept through completion.

Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; and seven years business-to-business graphic design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must present a professional design portfolio (either online or printed samples)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; possess the ability to deliver clear, concise and accurate message through written and verbal means
- Extremely organized and detail oriented individual
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback
- Superior time management skills; possess the ability to establish priorities, complete projects with excellence and organize effective workflows to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadline and reprioritize as necessary
- Project management skills
Software knowledge must include:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Adobe Creative Suite 6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Fireworks)
- HTML and CMS experience preferred
- E-Marketing WYSIWYG formatting (e.g., iContact, Constant Contact, etc.)
