TJM Properties is seeking a highly motivated Senior Living Property Manager for one of our downtown St. Petersburg apartment locations. Successful candidates have experience in apartment operations, have knowledge in sales and marketing, and have the ability to multi task. Candidates must be principle centered leaders that practice effective communication, and have the ability to effectively lead a team. Candidates must be proficient in the use of a computer, and must be able to navigate Microsoft Applications.
Candidates must have a care and compassion for the elderly population. Successful candidates exhibit effective time management, are patient, and have management experience.
