Job summary:

Pacifica Senior Living is looking for an energetic and motivated candidate to fill our full time position for Sales Director (community relations) for in the community.

The Sales Director will be an integral part of the team that oversees revenue generation and ensures that the community meets and/or exceeds the yearly budgeted census on a monthly basis.

The Sales Director will be expected to perform the following:

  • Making Decisions and Solving Problems – Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Responsible for increasing revenue by soliciting and qualifying potential new prospects.
  • Respond promptly to all sales related inquires and correspondence from customers, prospects and lead referrals.
  • Pro-actively pursue hot leads, coordinate move-ins.
  • Analyzing current and potential business segments and coordinating all activities to maintain and increase revenue.
  • Understanding and maximizing all of the community’s revenue channels.
  • Have ongoing knowledge of the competition’s product and current marketing strategies. Must be competitive and tenacious.
  • Complete sales objectives and ongoing action plan, as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Participating in industry and civic organizations representing opportunities for future public relations and new business.
  • Event planning and coordinating.
  • Microsoft Office, namely Excel
  • Yardi Voyager (leasing software)
  • Respond promptly to requests by Executive Director and VP of Sales and Community Relations for reports and other assignments.
  • Other duties from time to time as assigned by Executive Director and VP of Sales and Community Relations.

Weekends as needed.

Salaried.
