Full Job Description
Four years minimum experience required.
Provide a fast, friendly, and high quality maintenance service for our residents.
Responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: Drywall, Stucco, Irrigation, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, General Cleaning, Exterior Structure Maintenance, Attic Inspections, Insulation, etc.
Ensure workplace safety through the participation of all applicable safety rules and requirements.
Participate in emergency on-call shifts and after-hours maintenance.
Requirement to walk through the community if golf cart is not available.
Valid Driver’s License in the state of Florida and reliable transportation.
Being flexible and able to work through tough situations, and able to make logical decisions.
