The Operations Manager position is best suited for individuals that are detail oriented, multi-taskers, organized, customer focused, and passionate about exceptional service. The Operations Manager will focus on executing systems, managing client relationships, supporting Listing Specialist, ensuring transaction files meet compliance guidelines, assist with agent hiring and on boarding, and organize/plan company events.

Required work experience:

  • 2 Years or more Management experience in a busy environment.
  • Relevant customer service experience including client relationship development, problem solving, following and sustaining systems to remain engaged with past customers, maintaining a “luxury experience” with client/customers throughout the sales process
  • 2 Years or more experience management experience overseeing, training and managing employees is preferred
  • Sales experience is ideal but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or higher is preferred but relevant work experience may be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Create, oversee, and enforce compliance requirements to meet state of Florida legal requirements.
  • Oversee Fireside Real Estate property management division through properly executing company policies, documentation of tenant interactions, coordination of vendors and collection of vendor invoices, service calls, or other related duties. You will also oversee all property management contracts, lease agreements, vendor contracts etc.
  • Plan and execute company events for internal and external clients and prospects.
  • Oversee execution and strategy of company social media strategy and marketing campaigns to meet objectives provided by CEO.
  • Generate new clients through maintenance of customer relationship manager software
  • Create and execute newsletters, schedule open houses on company listings, answer incoming buyer calls
  • Respond to client leads quickly and maintain engagement with these future clients
  • Oversee invoices, payments, and non payments for services provided

Flexible work schedule, 40 hour work week, some evening and weekends required.
