One of Florida’s top construction firms is now hiring a Senior Executive Project Manager for their office in Sandestin, FL
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly growing firm that works in a variety of different types of construction projects such as Highrise Multi-Family, Hotel, Restaurant, and General Commercial. Qualifications and Responsibilities
- A minimum of 7 years working as a Commercial Construction Project Management with sole responsibility from start to finish
- Proficient in the use of construction software and in personal computer applications including Microsoft Office, Windows
- Ability to be accountable and hold others accountable
- Strong track record of leadership and ability to coach and mentor junior members of the team
- Broad knowledge of construction means and methods.
- Knowledge and ability to interpret building codes and ordinances.
- Must have knowledge of structural applications.
- Review the base bid for missing required work and/or material.
- Oversee the buyout schedule (coordinate with the construction schedule to ensure no disruption of the project).
- Assume responsibility for all Owner correspondence.
