Top ranked US Commercial General Contractor. Actively seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a growing pipeline in the southeastern and Eastern United States.
TOP CANDIDATES WILL HAVE GROUND UP & RENOVATION EXPERIENCE IN THE BIG BOX RETAIL, TILT WALL, HEALTHCARE, AND/ OR MANUFACTURING CONSTRUCTION VERTICALS
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manger will be the company’s representative for selected Commercial Construction project(s) and will manage from inception to completion.
- Responsible for all project planning and mobilization
- Responsible for subcontractors and negotiating contracts
- Direct oversight of the company’s quality control program
- Weekly and monthly review reporting and monthly analysis.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, peers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit monthly draw requests consistent with contract documents
- Achieve project schedule. expedite material delivery and negotiate favorable subcontractor and vendor deliverables
- Understand and administer prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontractor agreements, purchase order agreements, insurance, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 or more years of commercial construction experience
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $5M+
- Team player with a focus on building quality projects within budget and on schedule
- A detail-oriented professional that works well in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
