About the Position:
Hiring for a Senior Project Manager, responsible to lead the multifamily project team daily from site to close. Oversee the project team: management, project schedule, buy-out, cost, contracts, etc., and directing the project to be high quality, on time, and within budget from start to close out.
Requirements:
8+ years of prior Project Management experience for a GC or Developer that specializes in multifamily apartment construction.
A multitude of successfully completed apartment projects as the lead PM.
Strong technical skills and specific multifamily project knowledge and success.
