The Florida Region is currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to work out of the Tampa office. This individual will represent the firm in the capacity of Senior Property Manager and oversee the operations of a Class A office building.

Major Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate property performance on a continuing basis and provide explanation of variance to the management budget plans.
  • Assist the client representative(s) in the preparation of the long-range strategy programs including operating and capital budgets.
  • Prepare monthly management reports to owner.
  • Maintain positive tenant relations.
  • Oversee the administration of property leases, tenant insurance certificates and compliance with lease provisions.
  • Collect all property revenue in a timely manner and recommend appropriate actions to the owner to resolve delinquency or non-compliance issues.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins.
  • Conduct proactive programs oriented to life/safety, liability avoidance and environmental issues.
  • Propose a capital improvement program.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 Years’ experience in commercial Property Management required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Yardi Property Management software experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • RPA Designation preferred.

Education

  • 4-year college degree required.
