Darwin’s Senior Property Manager, Tampa will oversee operations and property management for a portfolio of single-family residential homes. You are the advocate for our most important customer, the property owner. The Property Manager will be accountable for the performance of the portfolio as well as the local team output. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, including but not limited to, leasing, repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
Job Description
- Track and improve key metrics including market revenue, delinquency, vacancy, and net operating income
- Effectively support Clients to ensure they have seamless management experiences with Darwin
- Create and communicate rent pricing guidelines to homeowners for renewals and new property listings
- Communicate weekly activity and action plans to local team members to ensure we are on track and on budget
- Work with our sales team to ensure a seamless new Client onboarding experience
- Manage the local property management operations and ensure we are delivering the best property management in the industry
- Work directly with our local team operations to create a strong culture and great working environment
- Report directly to the Regional General Manager and ensure that the region is performing
- Abide by all local, state and federal laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and additional regulations concerning real estate or leased assets.
Qualifications
- Associates degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of specialized training or experience in the residential real estate industry in an operations leadership position
- 3+ years of experience as a general or property manager with a minimum of 500 units
- 3+ years of experience using property management software (Rent Manager experience a plus)
- Active Texas Real Estate License required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel via own vehicle within assigned area a minimum of 30% of the time
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be willing to use a personal cell phone

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
