Our client is a very active, and very reputable, owner/operator of Class-A office properties in the Sunbelt states. They are a REIT that owns/manages over 30M sq.ft. of high-quality office space. They have retained us to help them find a Senior Property Manager for their Miami portfolio. The portfolio currently includes a 330,000 sq.ft. trophy asset on Brickell Key, and a 150,000 sq.ft. office building in Miami. In addition, Miami is a targeted growth market for our client, and their portfolio is expected to grow significantly in the next 12-18 months. This is a newly created position due to growth.
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Property Management experience, ideally with Class-A office properties in South Florida. Our client is looking for a strong manager who is capable of overseeing this trophy asset, and have the ability to grow with the portfolio. An ideal candidate will be very team oriented, smart, and enthusiastic about their career. Our client hires the best, and this positon will be no exception. Bachelor’s Degree is required.
